Alternative Rear Lights

I was thinking about an alternative rear light setup that could work on a wedge. Quite sad looking at what's on offer when driving however I've come with some potentials.

1. VW Passat
2. Audi A4
3. BMW Z4
3. BWW E36
4. Peugot 406
5. MG

Any views or has anyone made a conversion worth considering?

Good question - my thoughts were around styling changes and the availability of replacements.

My inherited lights may provide an option. All I know is that they are "upside-down" BMW.

I like those...I think they're BMW E36's.
