Interesting car on the Dyno today
Discussion
Today my supercharged S2000 just ran 484 bhp @ 8858 rpm but that was a DJHP corrected power - the base run was 204 bhp (compared to a factory 240 bhp). Nice graph though
.
It ran a true wheel power of 338 bhp on a Dyna Pro so no idea whether that is good or bad. The base run was only 168 bhp so presume this is much more pessamistic given the Honda quote figures of 240 bhp but the power has been doubled
.
It feels quite nippy.

what cc is the 328 engine in the race car? It looks about the same size as the hartley h1 v8 (2 busa engines). Holeshot racing can supply them with twin turbos that make anything upto 1000bhp. They are very light, can be had in over 3.0 ltr, rev to over 10k, are very compact and they bolt up to the ford gearbox! Anyone going to try one? :-)

sounds like a pretty good conversion if you can afford to go for itthe Ferrari is 3.2 litres, its a n/a version of the F40 engine
