Location location location....

So where/what is the best photoshoot backdrop for a TVR? Urban, countryside, industrial ......

Anyone able to suggest any specific locations?

For me that's an unanswerable question! A lot of it comes down to the car and the colour itself. The pic in my profile was taken with lots of green in the background and something to give a sense of depth. But put a Tuscan here and it wouldn't quite work.

There is no perfect TVR photo, and i've seen many photos of a Sag that look both mean and agressive in an urban background, yet a lot more subtle and classic when showed on a winding country road!

For a silver car I think something moody or an urban backround really suits;

Perhaps I am being bias, all TVRs look good no matter where it is.

Each model has it's own look and as a result different models suit different locations. There's a few examples on my website.

Ok, I can see that this has created quite a range of opinion. I accept that much depends on the car and colour.

Mine is a black Tuscan II S, if that helps. I'm veering towards an industrial/run down location; something like a factory with lots of metal pipes, steam, rusted abandoned machinery, concrete and puddles of water to get reflections. I expect that getting access to a site like this could be an issue though.....

Granted that no one can help with the weather, but anyone help with such a location around London/Berkshire/Buckinghamshire/Surrey?
