Dreadnaught in Callender is the nearest TVR service centre in Scotland, but you could also try http://www.tvrecosse.co.uk/tvr-accessories.aspx but I think they use dreadnaught to service the cars but I'm not 100% sure of that.

I'm in Fife but my car goes to dreadnought, they do a good job and they don't sem to be too expensive.

I saw a van for tvrecosse in Dundee the other week but not heard much about them to be honest.

Never used Dreadnought, mainly because they would never reply to my calls or emails so decided not to give them my business nor recommend them to anyone.

I ended up using Green Star Racing in Blackpool. They gave me great service, would pick the car up for cost of fuel then collect me from the train station when I went to pick it up. Workmanship was excellent and nothing was too much trouble.

Hi,

I also need to have my T350C serviced and also live in the Tayside/Fife area who should I use?

I need the alignment checked/reset and the aircon recharged, as I recently replaced the radiator.

The car has low miles, 6200 on a 2003 plate and has been of the road for approx 3 years and was MoT'd at the end of last year so I know that the major things are okay but the engine does need checked over as I replaced a suspected blown head gasket.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Ian

Hi,

Was going to get the car collected by Green Star racing but when I contacted them last week they told me that they have sold the TVR servicing on to X Works and are no longer servicing TVRs.

Have E mailed Track V Road ref collecting the car and taking it down there but have not had a reply yet. I have also tried to contact TVR Ecosse but no reply.

Ian

I wondered if something had happened when I found this,

http://www.backhomeperformance.com.

Dave Bradley is the main mechanic from Green Star, he's obviously set up on his own

May well be worth a call.

Steven.

Thanks for the inf.

I may give them a ring and find out how much it will cost to transport the car down there and make my mind up after that.
