Small callcentre opportunity in Glasgow

About a mile from Glasgow city centre I've got a business centre. And in this business centre I've got a 300 sq ft room. And in this room is cat5 cabling, and half a dozen phones linked thru a fairly sophisticated BT switchboard (an ISDN 30).
This might be useful to someone with an entrepreneurial streak.
If that's you, then PM me. I'm up for any level of involvement from none (ie I'm the landlord and take a rent for the facility) to full commitment esp. with capital input or a zillion other things i can do or add.
Alternatively, if you'd like to operate a small callcentre (which has expansion potential) as the operating partner, contact me about that as well.

ISDN30 is the exchange lines coming into the system (30 channels or basically 30 simultaneous connections if the whole lot are live).This might be useful to someone with an entrepreneurial streak.

The fact that there are only six handets and lots of lines means that the system might already be "over square" (more lines than handsets) and suitable for use as a call centre.
I used to sell telecoms kit into business centres and they were always either going skint, skint or recovering from recently having been skint. Not, I am sure, that this applies to you. But I suspect a low cost operator might be a good choice.
