156 heat shield fallen off

Hi guys,
Had to pull over tonight to investigate a loud scraping noise underneath the car. Found this hanging down roughly at the mid point of the car's length and was able to pull it free quite easily.





I'm guessing it's one of the exhaust heat shields? Does anyone know if I need to worry about replacing it in a hurry, or would I be Ok waiting until next month when it's going in for an MOT anyway?

I wouldn't bother replacing it just don't park it over any dry grass!
