It's an Omega Seamaster Chronograph.
I'm not sure what the model number is for the cream-faced one though.
They are rather rare and AFAIR weren't made for very long.

These are great watches, if I could keep only 1 watch it would be my seamaster chrono.

They are however rare as rocking horse poop in the UK. I think they were more common in the US, they do crop up from time to time on ebay...

Its the Bi metal version, change the bezzle and its gonna look very close.
