Does anyone know how long Network Rail (or whoever) routinely retain footage at level crossings for? I can't go into detail but it would be useful to know if there's a chance of the police getting hold of some images for a given day a few weeks ago.
I know most places keep stuff like this untill the Statute of Limitations, which is 6 years. So if it was a few weeks ago then you probably have a good chance of getting what you need.
