Leaking Transfer Box on a Defender 300

Just done 20,000 miles to Cape Town in my 300 TDI Defender and the Transfer Box leaked all the way. The oil appears to be coming from somewhere at the top of the box (out of sight) and only leaks when the box is in use. It appears to be coming from the join between the main part of the box and the smaller lump where the front prop shaft is attached. For the life of me I cannot see where it is actually coming from.

Anyone had anything similar ?? Any thoughts what it could be ?

Check that the breather pipe is not blocked
