Is this asbestos ?

Or more specifically concrete asbestos? We have moved a greenhouse today and the bottom panels are those in the pictures below (suspected asbestos concrete).
The greenhouse was purchased in the 1980's (we think 1986), and from what I have read, asbesos was banned in the uk in 1985.
I didn't think they were asbestos and I couldn't see any fibres, so removed them. My brother is convinced they are, help.

A bit difficult to tell from the photos, but, personally, I would treat it as it was asbestos. It was often used in sheds, garages etc as an insulator. Sadly, the banning of sales, meant very little at the time and many places continues to sell items with it in, you just had to ask quietly! Now you removed it, most dust has probably been disturbed, assuming limit exposure, your risks are minimal but I would be bagging and sealing it. Most council tips have a bin for it.
Agree. Impossible to tell without having a sample tested. Assume they are, check how the local tip wants them wrapped and dump them. Negligible risk if you don't smash them up inside a tent and eat them. So don't bother losing any sleep. Or just bury them deep in the garden - which I can't possibly recommend, but it'll do no harm.
If it's concrete asbestos, soaking them with the garden hose will reduce the risk sufficiently to get them double wrapped in bags. That'll give you as much time as you need ( months) to get them disposed through the appropriate channels.

All asbestos is bad for your health but the brown and blue are the worst, these were banned in the early 80's. White wasn't banned in the UK till 1999, oddly asbestos mining is still big business in Canada and Russia.
