e46 angel eye question

Hello, i have a pre face lift 330 ci, and recently installed some ebay 7000k angel eyes, and attached them to my side lights. They look great during the day however seem far to bright at night, any ideas?

If they are LED type then switch for CCFL which aren't as bright, or:

thanks for the input i went for the ccfl 7k, and they look good! , wired them instead of my side lights, the best thing about them is they are visable in daylight
