Here's a bit of geek info for you. How many of each of the M's were made is a question many of us ask. So here are the answers (worldwide, not just UK).

then go to FAQ and click the car will give you full spec

I know there where only 74 RHD S54 engined Z3m roadsters made worldwide, with full breakdown of colours (interior / exterior) as we had it confirmed in writing by BMW making it one of the rarest ///M variants ever produced ;-)

The registry is therefore wrong as it states:

"(S54, RHD): 79 produced from 02/2001 through 04/2002"

plus some of the 74 where pre production prototypes made before 02/2001 so the dates are wrong as well.
