Alarm re synch help

Can anyone on here advise me how to resynch my meta alarm key fobs with the alarm system? Think it has got out of synch when I was checking (and removing) a couple of fuses the other week.

I suppose I could just keep driving it while the weather stays good and then I won't need to worry about locking it.
