If you're under 25, especially with the current insurance market position, you are looking at high premiums unless you live in a really low-crime area and got full no-claims etc, but you're still looking over 2K a year, as far up to 5K in some cases....

Try Privilege - they use the same quote engine as Tesco (and Direct Line I think), but were slightly cheaper for me.

ClassicLine's renewal quote - £728 (up £50)
All others much higher, except Hyperformance - £648, but folks on here warned against using them. The ClassicLine quote said "Call us if you get a lower quote" so I did, and gave them the details...result > £655 from ClassicLine, with slightly increased excess.

Try Bell Direct. Always get good quotes with them.

Have also heard they are good for young drivers.

depends alot on what your currently driving, if you have whats already classed as a fast rwd car then you'll have a head start

Indeed, Tesco came in at under £800 for a 2001 Tuscan with 2 drivers (36 & 30) with £300 excess & full no claims. Don't know what their loophole dept is like though.

All the trimmings etc...

£850.00 FC but with ride drive it will be reduced by £100.
