Hi,

some help here would be very much appreciated. I have received an online application form in Adobe format. My handwriting is not the best, so I thought that the best thing to do would be to type in the text on the form, save it, and send it back. There are no security limitations on the document, but I can't seem to fathom out how to amend the adobe form so I can add my own text in the subject headers. I am sure this is a quick fix, but my limited IT prowess means I either spend the next 2 hours clicking at the screen, or swallow my pride and ask on here.

Help!

Thanks in advance.

Try and save the form, close the online version and open the saved copy, that normally works for me.

Or, you might find you need to download a newer version of Adobe if your PC/laptop has an earlier version installed.

Hi - I've just had something similar with filling in my Corporation Tax form in - HMRC give instructions for changing the trust settings here:

Not sure if that'll be much help or not since it's quite specific to HMRC's form - but I hope so! Good luck. smile

Tried that and I still can't add text. My version of Adobe is 8 - so I'll look into downloading the new version and see if that works. Thanks to both of you
