E30 M3 timing chain tensioner

I want to fit an e36 tensioner to my E30 M3 and wondered if anyone could run through the installation process for me?

I did this a few weeks back, pretty simple swap over.

My S14 tensioner was loose and it unscrewed with my fingers, the new one does get rid of chain rattle.
