Hi i own a renault clio mk2 52 plate, the other day i managed to drop a small screwdriver in the window washer fluid tank, i cant be assed to take everything apart to get the tank out so i was thinking of just leaving it in there ? dont really see what problem it can cause? my first post here, so some nice feedback would be great, many thanks

If you cant hook it out, I very much doubt it'll do any damage, its almost impossible for it to get caught in the pump and there is usually a filter across the outlet.
It might go rusty and stain the fluid, which in turn may mark the paintwork, that'd be my only concern.
