Engine shop and RR tuner in SE Essex

Just about to take the engine out the Griff for a refresh. Anyone know any GOOD engine shops in the South East of essex to get ballancing work done?

Also, once back in the car, anyone reccomend anywhere with a RR to get it tuned up? Looking to go Megasquirt with a new cam, so will need more than a points gap check ;-)
