I HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BY THE ORIGINAL OWNER OF THIS CAR, WHO PAID THE PRINCELY SUM OF JUST OVER £1500 FOR THE VEHICLE !
HE HAS RECENTLY FOUND THE ORIGINAL BILL OF SALE, & WOULD LIKE TO PASS IT ON TO CURRENT OWNER, SEE EXTRACT FROM HIS EMAIL BELOW :-

I was the original owner and recently having a sort out came across the Invoice from TVR ( £1561.79) how times have changed!
This has got me wondering if she is still going strong and giving as much pleasure now as she did for me 42years ago!

MANY YEARS AGO THIS WAS JOHN & LINDA SIMPSON's 1st TVR, THE FIRST OF MANY !!!
I WOULD BE DELIGHTED TO GET ORIGINAL INVOICE FOR ANY OF MY 'OLD SHEDS'!!
HOPE THE CAR IS STILL ABOUT, & WE GET A RESPONSE !!

Not on the Motor Insurance Database and no taxation details available from the DVLA. It could still be alive abroad (as so many are these days) or had a change of registration. OH AND WHY THE SHOUTING?

Classic sign of deafness or early senility. SHOUTS all the time but hears nothing.Often brought on by pulling yourself round an oil rig!

I am sure he does some work in between pulling himself Stevehehe

He shares a bedroom as well apparently. He's a bear of a man.

We can fill lots in if you're interested, or we could offer to take it off your hands for a reasonable price if you wished to avoid the tedium of history chasing...

I've got an old punto if you're desperate! but nobody is having my baby!!!

History would be great. I was told there was a large history file that went missing.
Also at one time Vixen body and wheels were mid blue.

Body was never blue, history file never went missing either. You keep your Punto. I'll keep the history file.

End of.

TVR owner... Often wonder what happened to my first TVR, 1800S way back in early 70s.
Be assured CRL 311K has a good home and hopfully getting back to its former glory.
