Just received two congestion charge notices in the post. One was dated 10th May for an offense on 22nd April which is an 18 day delay. If that was a scamera fine it would be too late (I think) - does anyone know if it's the same for CC?

I didn't think they had a time limit. Sorry to hear you got caught.....how I hate the CC. But June 10th gives us a chance to chuck Livingstone out....yippeee
