Scamera vans / bikes after the brekkie meet 10/4/2011

Seeing as there were so many camera teams around the meet yesterday I was just wondering how many of us think they might be a few quid lighter and a few points heavier this week and next.
Dan, Nick and I spotted 3 camera teams on the way from the meet toward Winchester. Were there many more on the other outbound routes? I think everyone saw the vans, marked / unmarked cars and bikes hovering around during the meet.

I don't think I'll have been caught but we did have fun winding them up.

I got stuck in a queue behind some numpty doing between 30 and 40 in that 60 limit so no danger of anything for me!! Should have done the person in front for driving so slowly!! The bike had packed up his gear by the time I went past and he was just about to head off

I came down the A272 from the Petersfield turn off and as I came off the A3 to the roundabout a marked van went round the roundabout. Then about 1/2 mile down the 272 and about 100ft before entering national speed limit there was a bike with speed gun tucked behind the hedge!! Bloody lucky I didnt decide to put my foot down as the road straightened up as I would have been clocked for sure. A rather cheeky spot!

No doubt there are plenty of points and fines heading out to others though as it seems the boys in blue were certainly out in force
