Fans not working, and other issues!

Was out in my Pre-Cat Griff on Sunday, noticed the engine temperature creeping up, the fans were not kicking in, so it could be just a fuse, if so does any one know which one it may be? 40A?
However....
Recently I have noticed an intermittent buzzing sound coming from what I suspect is a relay in the passenger foot-well. I noticed this more when accelerating in a higher gear, as I pulled away the relay would buzz.
Do the fans use a relay? Maybe this has gone? If so does anyone know which one?
Where is the temperature sensor for the fans? Is this the one at the bottom of the swirl pot? I may need to bypass this to test the system.
There were other issues whilst I was out, could be related? Whilst driving, the engine revs would not drop below 1800-2k, not until I slowed to a stop when they went back to usual tick over, around 900. I was also getting a misfire when accelerating, especially if I was labouring the engine slightly in a higher gear.
So any suggestions ideas?

Ok, managed to find out why the fans are not working, one of them has seized up! This was blowing the 25A fuse, I have now disconnected the dodgy fan and all is ok with one fan running.
I reckon the dead fan is an original, I replaced one of them around 5 years ago, now need to source a replacement fan.
Interesting a 25A fuse and a 30A relay are running the twin fans, these are rated at 25A each, although I have never had a fuse blow on me until now.

Maybe you can lubricate the sticky fan and free it off - worth a try as I've heard of that being done before.

I'll take a look however there was a electrical burning smell when the problems with the fan arose, the fan was also a bit noisy before it died, I reckon the motor has burnt out.Jim
The Fan I need is a Spal VA10-AP9/C-25A. Anyone know a good , cheap, source? Spal UK are quoting £140!! I'm sure I paid around £40 for the last one, that was 5 years ago though, just need to find the paperwork.
Also, silly me, the 25A is a bit of the part number, not the amperage, they are actually 7A each, so only 14A on my 25A fuse, so well within limits.
