As it's coming to the end of the season, me and mate were arguing over who are the worst players in the Premiership. This is what we came up with.

GK - Manuel Almunia

RB - Tony Hibbert
CB - Titus Bramble
CB - Jody Craddock
LB - Stephen Crainey

RM - Shaun Wright-Phillips
CM - Dean Whitehead
CM - Steve Sidwell
LM - Julien Faubert

ST - David N'Gog
ST - Victor Anichebe

SUBS:
Ali Al-Habsi
Stephen Carr
Steven Caldwell
Joe Cole
Salif Diao
Benjani Mwaruwari
Carlton Cole

Carlton Banks

Odd choice of goalkeeper, played 8 games, conceded 9 goals, Arsenal only lost 1 of those 8 games.

What about Brad Friedel, played 32, conceded 53 goals, or Rob Green, played 31, conceded 55 goals, and so on..

My 11 would have to take into account their salary and what they cost the club, Fernando Torres is 1st on my team sheet for the worst XI, 1 goal in 3 games is very poor for a supposed world class striker.

Not sure I could come up with a full 11, but a few worthy of inclusion IMO:

1. Fernando Torres - shadow of his former self. Has had no impact on any game I've watched him in.

2. Stephen Ireland.

3. Mulumbu. He's properly crap.

I dont think Al-Habsi is that bad really, just a bad season to be at Wigan I guess.

What a shout that is, dreadful player.

For those on about Torres, we were picking players that generally are bad and not those playing bad at the moment.

Thread title says 2010-2011. I'd say FT thoroughly deserves a place as he's been more or less exclusively dire and disinterested all season. Chuck in some sickies and it is a decent slice longer than that.
Maybe they'll give Owen Coyle a call and ask if he fancies having a swap for a different loanee in place of Danny Sturridgescratchchin

Dont watch many games then? The big Greek has actually played very well this season with only a couple of bad games (tell me a player who has nmot played bad in a couple of games)

Have you ever seen him play? He's not the best midfielder in the league, sure, but his performances this season have been exceptional

Never seen him have anything remotely near a good game, but granted I'm not unfortunate enough to be a WBA season ticket holder (shudder at the thought, what a dump). He's utter dog ste IMO - Championship quality at best. Looks like the movement of his body is in no way connected to the instructions his brain obviously struggles to provide.

I'd also add Maxi Rodriguez to the list. I honestly don't see what he contributes to his team.

That probably backs that up, but I have seen worse tbh so I doubt he would make this first Eleven

As they say, football is all about opinions but Titus has been okay this season. Certainly 10x the player he was at Newcastle.
