.....of 4" x 2". About 10 of them, 4.8m in length actually! I've just left it too late today to catch any timber merchants open. Has anyone purchased any 4x2" recently in the Glasgow area that can give me a rough idea of cost?? Or even from a laarger national supplier?? Thanks!

however they are actually just a middle man - bloke that runs it has accounts with the major trade outlets (TP etc), he gets a decent discount which is passed on (with a cut for him) and orders for you and they deliver to your address.

OK if you want to order online (at work etc) but i just cut straight to my local Travis now.
