MOT and Red Rose Question

I took the car for its MOT recently and the guy said did you know your car was a red rose???
I said are you sure? knowing as a 98 it is too old to have left the factory that way, he said 'see for yourself' and showed me the monitor.





I asked if he or others could have changed the details at some point, he said that MOT stations couldn't change the greyed out boxes........soooooo question is who can change the details or are all Cerbs classed as RR?

Interesting, I didn't look at the boxes when mine was MOT'd - wonder if I went back he could just plug the reg number in? Could check for you that way.

Mark there's only one way to find out - RaceProved's dyno on 7/5, bring the readout to Chatsworth lets see if it's got more than the Tam

The easiest way to know for sure is whether you have the additional button to switch ECU maps.

Did you get a chance to enter the details, really am curious as to how the info got there

Like J_B said, if it were a true factory RR it would have the octane button (which mine doesn't).

Maybe the motor went back to the factory for some reason, I only have part history of the car hence the dumb questions

Seating capacity bottom left hand corner is wrong it should atleast say excluding driver 1 + 2 midgets
