Leaking garage roof now caving in!!!!

Damn bloody garage roof (single,flat) which has been leaking for a while has now decided to take things further and is now begining to collapse between various supporting beams.
Roof is a ply/fibreboard construction with a felt overlay but by the looks of things it is beyond saving.
Moving next year so I was hoping it would last but looks like a replacement roof will have to be installed.
So, my question is how much do you reackon it will cost to replace?? Obviously looking for a cheap quote as it won't be my problem come next year.
Based in E.London if that has any bearing and if anyone can recommend a reliable roofer it would be appreciated.
