Front Fog/driving lights

Any help appreciated. HOw the hell do you change the bulbs? looks like you have to virtually dismantle the front of the car. Is there an easy way?

Do you mean fog lights or driving lights? They are not the same. Fog lights are for when it IS FOGGY!
