Can anyone help me come up with a list of all these type of businesses in my area (to begin with). East side of Leeds, Castleford, etc etc.

I think you might be able to work out why. This is on the advice of the bobby who's been round.
I shall be doing the rounds in a few days time.

Everything small enough to carry. Cameras, laptops, all my mothers jewellery, playstations, phones, etc Everything "quick buck". Entire house ransacked in middle of afternoon.

Several of that type of place in Bramley Centre. Also Armley Town Street. And in city centre can only think of Hymans (for jewellry) and a general pawn shop just round the corner from Hymans on the Headrow.

We had a similar thing happen.

Founds a few things in one shop which would have been quite a coincidence to all be there by chance (same makes/models etc).

All the behind the fking counter said was 'they were bought in good faith'.

Could plod do anything? could he fk.

These shops are as bad as the thieving scum themselves.

Correct, one opened up next door to my mams shop years ago, was literally a drugs den. Informed the police loads of times of people that where arriving like clockwork at certain times etc, no one gave a toss. Did eventually get raided but as usual nothing found.

We had a little bd sneak through an open window last weekend while we were in. Nicked my suit of all things that was just thrown over the end of the bed. But it had my Mont Blanc fountain pen in the inside pocket which was the last present my mum bought me before she died. Also swiped my watch from the dressing table.
