Your car sounded lovely as you drove off. What have you done to the exhaust?

Alot of people left when the police turned up. The whole Of the car park was full until then. What time did you get there?

Yes i noticed that, they were only there to make sure no-one was doing anything silly.

So what makes everyone scarper?

Probably worried about police starting to check over their cars. Some of the cars that scarpered had forgotten to bolt on their front number plates before they left the house hehe

The police were going round to all the groups giving everyone a friendly reminder that the car park is locked at 9pm.

I'd rather that than have the angry little security guard bark orders at us as he has done in the past!

Yep its a bit childish if people have to leave as soon as the police arrive.

The owners of the site only give use of the site until 9pm, the official end time for the meet, then the gates should be locked by grumpy security muppet.

Me and the rest of the imprezas just move to the other side of the gates to McD's when we see his happy smiling face approaching... we can still there nattering etc at gone 11pm some months...

Never any hassle there from plod, they were just being nosey, and friendly too smile

Yep, same experience here, couple of officers came round just asking if we knew the car park closed at 9, and they didnt want to see us get locked in, seemed friendly enough/up for a chat smile

Doesnt bother us, nearly all of our group just head over to the Swan over the road at Three Mile Cross.
