Knocking sound

I've changed the diff bushes to poly, changed the upper diff mount, upgraded the drop links, and the anti roll bar bushes, but still have a knocking sound. I have emptied the boot checked all the modules on the fuel tank as well as behind the helmet holder and still does it.

Experimented with going over a speed bump one side at a time and the knock only comes from the left hand side, the sound isn't metallic just a knocking sound, almost hollow knocking sound.

Where and what else to check over the left hand rear. Do people have any ideas where i should concentrate.

Rear pads?

The noise should stop once you apply the breake if it is indeed this.

Sports Exhaust with twin tail pipes? Grab one of the tailpipes and shake it to see if it hits something.
Handbrake cable banging against the body?
Fuel Charcoal cannister thingy or fuel filter loose?

I would check the shock. I had that problem on my car but only when the car was cold, once warm it would go. I think my cold shock absorber was making the noise. I had them rebuilt (but also replaced all bushes, drop links etc etc). It is now silent.
