Cayman s 2006 Squealing noise

Went out in my cayman to get petrol came back, round trip 3 miles, pulled up on drive got out of car and heard a squealing noise from engine.
I removed engine cover started engine 25 seconds later the squealing noise came back it sounds as if it is coming from fuel inlets has any body had this problem or know what it could be.
