Front light condensation?

Me again. My driver front light has lots of condensation in? Is this some thing I can fix and what has caused it?? It makes the car look ste so I really want to get it sorted!! Thanks

Easy to sort, moisture is trapped inside for one of two reasons, it got sealed very well and when the sealant dries out the moisture gets trapped inside, so simply needs venting in a warm dry room and the resealed.
Just drill a hole in the back cover, turn the headlamps on full beam, put tin foil over the lenses and until it dries out inside, then seal the hole with a blob of sealant.

The other reason is that it is not sealed well which creates a daily cycle of mositure getting inside and then drying out, in this scenario, take off a reseal the back cover, but remember to drill a vent hole until the selant dries out, then again seal the hole.

Check the sealant around the outside of the lenses, if it is cracked or peeling then this is where moisture can be getting inside, you need to take out the old sealant and renew.

In any scenario venting the inside covers to remove trapped moisture is the key.

not only will it look bad but the moisture will also cause corrosion to the lighting components.

Good tip regarding the vent hole. I was wondering why I got a tiny bit of condensation after my lights were resealed.

Yes doing a good job of sealing is what causes it funnily enough.
The sealant dries from the outside in, so it forms a barrier from the outside that traps the moisture from the internal sealant drying process inside, in fact you will find that the sealant internal is still soft after months, like it doesnt know it ever came out of the sealed tube

If you don't have the time to do it properly then tape a few bags of silica crystals to the inside of the rear cover and then seal it up with lashings of sealant. Mine was fine for a whole month before a sidelight bulb blew
