Decisions, decisions?

So I've been a good boy and not bought a watch recently...well not since I got that moosive Russian Divers thing or a recent cheapo c1968 Seiko 5 vintage 6119-5400 last night on fleabay (It's bloody gorgeous and was only fifty quid...ish)
So the force is strong here Gentlemen, what is the preferred route?
Chopard - Mille Miglia... surely a must for any petrolhead?

OR
Alain Silberstein - Chrono...A sublime modern design masterpice?

both are pre owned and available for around £1.5k to £2k. I really can not choose between them, please advise.
Hmmm, yes buy both, but that would displeasure the
wifebeast (she just doesn't understand) and scupper my Masterplan for the Blancpain fifty-fathoms.

I love Alain Silberstein's stuff, but they really are love/hate & I'm not sure how residuals will pan out. I prefer the black faced MM with the date bubble to the one in the OP, but that's just me. Of the two, I'd pick the AS. Wish I had the luxury of those kinds of choices right now
