Australian Tourist Visa - where from?

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a good and legit site I can pick up a Tourist Visa for a upcoming holiday in Australia ?
I've heard good things about the Australian government... their website looks a bit dodgy but supposedly the organisation is legit. Their immigration service probably has as good a chance as any other website to provide you with a valid tourist visa:http://www.eta.immi.gov.au/

Yep, their online Visa system is very good, once you complete your details online and you are legit you will get an email back with your visa number within minutes. You then only need to present your passport as they have your details in their system. If only every country was this organised.
check out the Ozzie show called "Border Security" here, they're always good for a giggle:

If you live in the UK and have a British Passport you need to get an evisitor - as "Seek" says from the eta.imm.gov.au website.
Please make sure you get one before you fly as we didn't (5 weeks ago) and it caused a large amount of stress and expense. As we found out, you can check-in to a flight to Aus, but when you get to the airport they will not board you onto that plane without the evisitor number. As we where flying to sydney and onto Auckland (NZ) the checkin lady changed our details so it was a non stop over. However after a 21hr flight to Sydney we were not allowed to board our flight to NZ because NZ needed a visa from the country (Aus) where we were departing from. Crazy and all because we live outside of the UK (so can't do online evisitor) and we didn't read the visa entry requirements correctly - doh!
