coolers help needed

i have empted fluids out of the coolers/rads in the pic to take apart and clean and dont know what to put back in. can anyone shed some light please?

Small rad is power steering fluid cooler , use the same colour as came out , mine was red so i bought some from fords !!

The big black rad is for air con, you need to take to an aircon specialist to get it regassed.

The small oil cooler is for power steering as Simon pointed out, you refill this from the engine bay reservoir, with red ATF fluid, its the black pot with screw off top that sits on the drivers side of the engine, amke sure you fill it to the top before trying to start the car, turn the steerin full lock with some revs to bleed the system then top up if required, it needs to be full to about 1" from the top, there is a level guide on the dip stick of the cap, oil should be slightly above middle on the dip.
