My driveway is currently covered in tarmac however it's in poor condition as its crumbled and peeling off in places. I would like to get it resurfaced so looking at my options. I 've heard the cost to tarmac a drive is the same as block paving.

What other surface options have I got starting from the cheapest first and what are your experiences of them?

p.s. I think covering in gravel would be the cheapest but this doesn't appeal to me.

I'd have thought the cheapest assuming the ground is good would be to have it topped of again in tarmac.

Block paving would require the lot digging out, muck away, possibly more groundwork.

My only fear is if the tarmac's crumbled once already I don't think it will age well on my sloped drive.

I like the look of print in concrete, how much does this cost in comparison to tarmac or block paving, more I imagine?

Pea shingle might be worth considering.

Textures resin.

Will try and dig out the company we used to use, but basically a thick, textures resin coat in a range of colours/patterns.
Ideal for going over old Tarmac
