manifolds and waiter rails

Hi, i ve removed manifolds and water rails to treat the chassis in the engine bay, does anyone know what i should use as sealant when i bolt them back on, i would imagive thread lock and some sort of gasket seal?

Water rails have O rings sealing them, one on each pipe, so 8 in total

RTV Silicon for the manifolds
I also put a smear of silicon on the O rings foe the coolant rail.

I wouldn't use threadlock just in case it pulls the threads from the alloy when removing the bolts later.

I have fitted stainless bolts so use a copper grease on them and a lock washer to prevent them coming loose.
