Ford Focus 1.8 TDCI Engine Compatability

Hi everyone. I'm in a bit of a pickle. I have a 04 focus tdci that requires a new engine (block+head). Its the 1.8 100ps FFDA engine. These seem to be very rare. Would a head + block from the more common 1.8 115ps engine fit? or is this a really silly question? I dont know whether its just the injectors/fuel pump/ecu that are different or if its a completely different engine all together.

Any advice greatfully received.
