What does this switch do?

Don't no if it's just my car but I have 2 button switches in my dial dash. 1 is the rear fog light that's clearly labeled and the other 1 seems to do nothing?? Any1 else have this?

On mine it's controls my high low boost , but in STD form it does nothing !!!

Mine turned on the front fog lights, but i removed them so now it is redundant

Was the factorys intention to use this switch as a high/low boost, but never got around to it, so it was installed but never used.
