the best stuff is Bleach White, Northants Tyres stock it sometimes but its not cheap

Failing that by a box of those wire brillo pads with the pink soap in them for a £1 and they will come up lovely

Cif cream cleaner. Works well on the toes of Converse shoes too! It is a very very mild abrasive.

did mine today, sprayed on a bit of Muc Off, light scrub with the Brillo Pad and they are good as new!

Lovely car, I had a 1946 Buick similar to yours years ago. They are something else.
