Engine identification

Got a rover v8 from a guy who used it in his old land rover but the markings on the heads are different. Asked on other forums and they said it may be a tvr engine so to ask here. Got two numbers stamped on it and a triangular stamp that's hard to read as it's badly stamped. Any ideas?

Cheers. It's a rover sd1 engine. Now i gotta work out the wierd heads. Got h7274 and 29k86n stamped on them?
