ST170 Focus Headlamp washers not working

Hi Guys first time on here wondering if you can help me My mother in law has a st170 and the headlamp washer jets are not working and the osf washer pump behind the headlamp is leaking water, I can get to the pump behind the h/lamp but how do you get the pump of if that's what you call it please help

It sounds obvious, but have you topped the washer bottle up and then tried them again?

Most cars cut the rear washer and headlight washers out when the water gets below a certain point, as obviously the most important washers on the car are for the front screen

Yep water topped up it was dripping down me neck whilst undoin that 10mm bolt near the inner wing added more water to make sure there is no water pressure at the jets they just push out of the bumper and no water but water to rear screen
