Advice wanted for car auction purchase

Hi All,
Need some info, i've been looking at BCA car auctions in particular Bedford and Blackbushe. Looking to buy an Audi A4 2.0 tdi 170 s line (2007 or newer), upto 70,000 miles on it, hopefully with the sat nav.
Can anyone tell me what they typically fetch at the auctions?
I was offered an ex lease audi a4 2.0tdi 170 s line with sat nav, 81,000miles with 1 year warranty for £9950, the car was one of the company cars where i work. To me the price seemed abit much considering the lease company quoted me a typical forecourt price, any views?
