After a long search I finally found one I wanted, and just round the corner!

It's an 2004 1.8 s-vt and after driving it for 40 minutes I am totally smitten.

I have a few plans for it, clear indicators/reflectors, induction kit and front grill.......for now.

Here's some pics from the advert, I will add mine at the weekend when I have my plate on. Hope you like her!

I test drove an S-Vt sport before getting mine, settled on a Euphonic.

Lovely car there.

Nope, just keep it standard IMO. Looks in good nick though.

Modifications is where its at.. MX5OC is for no mods!

Definitely change the side reflectors for clear ones.

Great looking car.

I'd go for a black grille on a silver car personally. The Zunsports are good quality and an easy fit.

I wouldn't bother changing the indicators/reflectors for clear either.

Definitely!
My car looks vastly better with clear lenses & reflectors. smile
Stick-on number plate is much tidier as well, just be aware that's an MOT failure! I just pop the old one on before I go for an MOT.

Good work Leesa! thumbup

We also don't fail them with sticky plates.. Just advise it incase the ministry want to know why we didn't note it anywhere.

I don't even get an advisory. It's never mentioned at all other than that it looks good biggrin

Well I can only go by what the place told me, a decent place as I had the MOT at trade price through a relative.
From what I have read, it is a fail as the plate has to be made of a rigid plastic conforming to the dimensions (whatever they are) and have a reflective background.

I just stuck on a rigid plate over the stuck on one and job done. smile

Nothing wrong with clear repeaters. Keep the originals in a box. I would give a blingy silver grill the swerve though.

looks good. clear repeaters etc do make it look nicer imo and a grill does a good job of protecting the radiator - i'd go for a black one to keep it subtle but that's just me (i don't like shiny things)
