Nicest sounding ST???

Was thinking about this the other day on a long journey, which Ford ST sounds the nicest?

I'd personally rule out the Fiesta, ST tdci (or course!) and the first Focus instantly.

Think it's probably a straight fight between the T5 focus unit and the 3.0 Mondeo V6, very differnt sounding engines but which is nicer......

ST220 with a Milltek, sounds even better from the outside! Focus ST sounds good too.

I've got to say, I prefer the note of the T5 to the V6. There's something wonderfully aggressive about it, from the hard-edged note under load to the popping on the overrun. Its like being taken back to the surreal world of Group B rallying.

My ST220 with a JP Exhaust, sounds like a touring car! Had so many comments about how good in sounds!
