Tobacco has been banned, there is herbal stuff on the tables for you to use, do not use it, it's rank, most places will let you use tobacco to skin up but it must be kept out of sight, it's a wierd feeling when a waitress asks you to move your tags but ignores the several bags of weed on the table

Do go for a stroll around the red light district, it's got to be seen, you don't have to partake

Watch out for pickpockets in the RLD. Don't buy drugs off the guys by the canals if that's your thing, you will be ripped off.

Head down to Barneys for a smoke, decent weed and they have vaporisers to use. Watch out for the toilet, loads of people think they are stuck in there and st them selves

Plenty of nice bars by the canals if the weather is nice, just have a wander around. My favourite area for bars is grachtengordel-west. Far less of the barry boy lets get pissed contingent.

Vondelpark is nice if the its sunny and dry.

Boat trips are pretty decent, can do them at night when the canals are all lit up too which is quite nice.

Magic truffles are good fun, probably the most i've ever laughed by a long way!
