West Midlands Speed Camera's are they off??

It's been a few weeks since they said they were turning them off http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-12931373 the date makes me slightly scepticle....

so I'm wondering if they are on or off has anybody had a NIP this month in the midlands??
