Looking for S1 donor car

A friend of mine is restoring his '87 S1. Car is in very bad shape and needs a lot of new parts.
I try to find a donor car for him. A complete car with a repaerable chassis. A good driverseat (grey) and a a good rearend is a plus.
And it has to be cheap if possible.
