Hello all, question from a Canadian PH member here!
I am planning my trip to Europe, and purchased a set of tickets for Le Mans 24 a while ago
(in first week of January)
I choosed to get the ticket by international UPS mail, but I havn't get it yet!
I am to take off from Canada on June 3rd, so,, it's less than 6 weeks left.
Lemans.org web site says the tickets are to sent from March..
But my account info is not showing any info regarding ticket shipping, and I havn't got any e-mail on it.

What should I do if I fail to get my ticket pack before I depart from CANADA?
Is it normal to get the tickets this late?? (When the customer chooses mailing service?)

hmm,, I am getting nervous now.. Plz get me some idea..

the tickets are being sent out currently, they take a while to dispatch everything so you might just be at the back of the queue.

It might be worth telephoning the ACO ticket office and seeing if they've dispatched your ticket yet.

It's still early as said above, the PistonHeads Le Mans tickets have only recently been received and will be sent soon.

Visited the shop yesterday and bought some tickets, big pile of large UPS mail on the desk, top address Norway, so they are going out.
But slowly.

Depends how you buy them. Our UK agent will be posting them out in around 2 weeks time. Dont know why it takes so long to get them out to people, too much shoulder-shrugging from the French not enough organisation, usual story but it seem to get later every year !

To be fair to the ACO they are very organised, I once visited in person during the test day to enquire how close to the top of the waiting list for Houx camping we were and they could instantly dig out a file containing all the orders and faxes I'd sent in.

They just seem to take a very continental view on the urgency of matters.

What's the panic it's not this weekend, other than test days.

I always order to collect, why pay UPS charges

Off the ferry either collect on the way from the office, or unload at the hotel, a meal and a kip, then collect the next day

Okay,, I better have some more patience..
Please understand me that it's my first trip to Europe.. I don't know anything and I can't speak French at all!
I choosed to have tickets shipped cuz I wanted to minimize procedures in my trip!

Thank you for the replies and I hope I can get it.. before I depart from Canada.

I got my tickets through Speedchills I think they normally send them out a few weeks before the event, no need to panic yet just chill with radiolemans for the test session!
