empty house - buildings insurance needed urgently!
Discussion
as in no time to search effectively urgent! any recommendations?
just called my provider to inform them it'll be empty from when I leave tomorrow until I can get tenants in. they don't do empty property insurance so have cancelled the policy.
I'd prefer the ability to adjust to a landlord's policy at some point rather than cancel and start anew. being able to manage it via email would also be a huge bonus.
the only one springing to mind is towergate but I used to have a renovations policy with them which they declined to renew following a hefty (entirely legitimate) claim. they may be expensive as a result.

I use www.simplelandlordsinsurance.com and have found them to be cheapest and also utterly hassle free when I had to make a (small) claim.
